We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on MenuScan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact us at crowd1events@gmail.com with your order details from your receipt email and we will process your refund through Stripe.
Recurring subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
