1. Seller
MenuScan is operated by My Manage LLC ("we", "us"). By using MenuScan you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
MenuScan provides menu translation tools for travelers and digital multilingual QR menus for restaurants. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Your Account
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have authority to bind your organization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; commit fraud, spam, or abuse; infringe intellectual property rights; or interfere with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering).
5. Intellectual Property
MenuScan and all related software, content, and branding are owned by My Manage LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You retain ownership of menu content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment terms, billing frequency, and cancellation are governed by these Terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page.

8. AI Translation Output
MenuScan uses AI to translate menu content. Outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing translations before relying on them, especially for allergens and dietary information. Translations are not professional or medical advice.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
10. Warranties & Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
